Hello! I am Kaila Schusterman and I am the authoress of this page. The Elemental Hands is a serial book, with successive chapters published every Friday. I am a writer, artist, and a big fan of reading.
Hello, dearest readers. In order to build the TEH community, I am offering something big. Comment below, and tell me what you drawing you would like to see in the next couple of chapters. Maybe Maia's room? Maybe how Sydney looks? Perhaps a family tree! Write your name, and what you would like to see drawn. And please, weekly readers, leave your names, I would love to see who reads! The commenting space below is for you! Start a conversation with your fellow readers. Maybe you can try to guess where the story is heading, or how Maia might solve her newest problem. Another special announcement: The blog's URL and actual site is being changed! I am working on a BRAND NEW site. It is more modern, and easier to use. Stay tuned! XoXo, Kaila

The second she sank into her bed, her head drifted off into oblivion. And Water interrupted her dreamless sleep. Oh stop Maia, he said when she groaned and expressed wishes to just sleep. While I speak your body and mind will gain the rest they need. I am not making you do anything with your powers. I don't even need you to talk. Just listen. Maia groaned. Water, taking that as submission continued. When you wake up, you and Anna will train. In a week I will join you. Then, together, we will train you to defeat Aether. For the world must be purged of this dastardly being....
